Seth spotted this baby birdy at the bottom of a tree and insisted that we help him/her.
After searching all of the trees in our yard, he decided to look in the Historical Societies trees and bushes. That is where he found the nest with a few more babies awaiting momma's return with more worms.
It isn't easy explaining why a momma bird would abandon their baby if humans got too close.
All we could do was hope that momma Robin would come back to her baby and safe him/her.
Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for this little one.
