Cactus Hike

Nick shared with the kids that on the hill above the tree farm that we cut our Christmas trees at are some naturally grown cactuses. Carlton College own the land the cactuses grow on; it's part of their Arboretum. The sandy dry soil is what allows the cactuses to grow there naturally.

Sam was expecting to see the tall Arizona style cactuses.
