Congratulations Junior!

Four years ago Junior left Hampton for the big city of Milwaukee to attend Milwaukee School on Engineering and earn his Masters in Industrial Engineering.  As the years went his trips home shortened to just holiday visits and long breaks during the school year.

Nick and Junior are the closest between the four siblings. When he does come home, he hangs out at our house most of the time. Seth and Sam call him their Jungle Jim and treat his as such.

When we heard that his college graduation date was scheduled for the day after my due date, we cringed, then said we wouldn't miss it. What's the odds that I'd actually go into labor on or within days of my due date. Comical, I know.

Linda and Jim rented a Toyota Sienna minivan and we loaded our family into for the long haul. We left at 5pm and made it there around 12:45am. With stopping for dinner and frequent rest stops it took us much longer than we had hoped. Thankfully Seth and Sam behaved very well and Adelynn too for the most part. She cried on and off between 9pm and 11pm because she wanted out and to be able to sleep in her bed. Thankfully our drive home on Saturday (2:45-9pm) was pretty calm. 

Junior has decided to stay in Milwaukee to pursue his career. This just means we'll need to take trips out to Milwaukee to visit. The city was beautiful and seems to have so much to explore.
