This is Sam's first year of Girl Scouts. Once a month they meet after school and do projects together.
This was also Sam's first year of selling Girl Scout Cookies.
She did great and sold around 470 boxes!
She even made the newspaper...
It helps that we know one of the columnists for the Cannon Falls Beacon.
Although when Chris asked Sam where the money was going, she said "FLORIDA!!"
Sam's troop also took a trip to the Red Wing YMCA for a pot luck, swimming and some rock wall climbing.
My girl has no fear! She reached the top two of the three attempts at different walls. The one she didn't make the top was a hard one to begin with. The wall curved back on her so she would have had to be horizontal to get above the ledge she was underneath. Proud of my girl!
